Who I Work With
I provide therapy for adults carrying significant responsibility, including:
Professionals in high-demand careers
Executives, managers, and leaders
Caregivers and others balancing high-stakes responsibilities
Adults whose personal or professional roles requires constant accountability
My clients often experience stress, anxiety, burnout, or performance pressure. I create a collaborative, structured, and results-focused environment that respects your time and energy. We can set a pace that works for you and your schedule.
Therapeutic Approach
I use evidence-based therapies tailored to your goals, including:
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – to clarify values and build psychological flexibility
Therapy with me is active, goal-oriented, and practical. Together, we develop a plan that evolves as you progress, helping you perform at your best while maintaining personal well-being.

Current Practice:
I am a licensed psychologist in California (PSY 33254) offering 100% online therapy for adults statewide, with secure, private video sessions and flexible scheduling designed for busy professionals.
Fees:
Individual Session (50 minutes) - $190.00
Billing & Payments:
Payments are made securely through a credit card processing system, known as Ivy Pay, which is compliant with HIPAA standards. Payments will be applied after each session.
Insurance:
Unfortunately, I do not accept health insurance, however, I can create a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider. A Tax ID/EIN can also be provided if your insurance requires this information, such as Anthem.
Any questions regarding your insurance, coverage, or potential reimbursements need to be directed to your health insurance provider.
Good Faith Estimate (“GFE”) - Private Pay
Effective January 1, 2022, a new law went into effect known as the “No Suprises Act” which requires practitioners to provide a “Good Faith Estimate” or “GFE” to any person who pays privately (does not use insurance) for services. The GFE works to show the cost of items and services that are reasonable expected for your health care needs for an item or service, a diagnosis, and reason for mental health services. Please note, the estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created. You are afforded the right by federal law to dispute (or appeal) the total bill if it exceeds $400.00 year, and if you and your provider have not previously discussed the change or have been given an updated GFE.
Under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act (PHSA), health care providers and health care facilities are required to inform individuals who are not enrolled in a plan or coverage or a Federal health care program, or not seeking to file a claim with their plan or coverage both orally and in writing of their ability, upon request, or at the time of scheduling health care services to receive a GFE of expected charges
Note: The PHSA and GFE do not currently apply to any individuals who are using insurance benefits, including "out of network benefits” (i.e., submitting superbills to insurance for reimbursement).
Timeline requirements: Providers are required to provide a GFE of expected charges for a scheduled or requested service, including services that are reasonably expected to be provided in conjunction with such scheduled or requested services. That estimate must be provided within specified timeframes:
If the service is scheduled at least 3 business days before the appointment date: no later than 1 business day after the date of scheduling; or
If the service is scheduled at least 10 business days before the appointment date: no later than 3 business days after the date of scheduling; or
If the service is scheduled less than 3 business days before the appointment date: a Good Faith Estimate is not required; or
If the uninsured or private pay individual requests a GFE: no later than 3 business days after the date of the request.

Unique Considerations
It is appreciated and recognized that each person’s therapeutic journey is unique and individualized. Your clinician should keep you informed of your treatment plan. That said, the duration and how often you attend sessions will be influenced by many factors, including but not limited to:
Availability & Schedule
Financial Reasons
Life Circumstances
The nature of the specific challenge or stressor and how you address them.
You and your provider will continually assess the appropriate frequency of services and will work together to determine when you have met your goals and are ready for discharge and/or a new "Good Faith Estimate" can be issued should your frequency or needs change.
